    Planning Includes:

    • Unlimited consultations via phone and email for professional advice and ongoing support

    • Collaborative meetings to define and refine your wedding vision and style

    • Assistance with developing, organizing, and prioritizing your wedding budget

    • Creation of color palettes, theme direction, and overall design concepts

    • Scheduling and attending meetings with key vendors based on your needs, including:

      • Caterers

      • Venues/Hotels

      • Florists

      • Photographers & Videographers

      • Specialty Linen Providers

      • Invitation Designers

      • Ceremony Musicians

      • DJs/Bands

      • Lighting Designers

      • Wedding Cake Bakers

    • Placing rental orders as needed, including chairs, draping, lounge furniture, dance floors, custom china, glassware, flatware, trees, props, and more

    • Referrals for wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, tuxedos, transportation, officiants, hairstylists, makeup artists, and additional vendors

    • Assistance with selecting and proofreading wording for Save the Date cards and invitations

    • Review of all final proposals and vendor contract terms

    • Sourcing and coordination of guest favors, bridal party gifts, and welcome bags

    • Research and booking assistance for hotel accommodations and group room block contracts

    • Attendance at your menu tasting and banquet planning meeting with the Catering Manager

    Wedding Day Execution

    We’ll ensure your wedding day unfolds exactly as envisioned—seamlessly, beautifully, and without stress—so you can focus on enjoying every moment.

    Execution Includes:

    • Thorough review of all vendor contracts provided by the couple

    • Development of a detailed, minute-by-minute wedding day timeline

    • Review and proofreading of the Banquet Event Order (BEO) with your Catering Manager

    • Coordination of vendor arrival, setup, breakdown, and strike times

    • Communication of venue policies for load-in, setup, and teardown to all vendors

    • Confirmation of all rental orders and item counts

    • Distribution of the final, client-approved timeline to vendors at least one week before the wedding

    • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal with the officiant, bridal party, and immediate family

    • Communication with ceremony musicians to finalize song selections and cue the wedding party during the processional

    • Oversight of banquet and venue staff to ensure accurate setup and floor plan compliance

    • Attendance at the sound check with your band or DJ to confirm song cues and reception formalities

    • Direction of ushers for guest seating and distribution of programs

    • Setup assistance for escort cards, table numbers, favors, signage, menu cards, guest book, and other décor details

    • Coordination of key moments during the reception: grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and final dance

    • Guidance on obtaining your marriage license

    • Management and delivery of all final vendor payments and gratuities on the wedding day

    2 Months Prior To Wedding Day Planning

    Our Day Of Coordination service is perfect for couples who are organized with their unique wedding plans and need nothing more than a trustworthy, organized event assistant with a keen creative and professional eye to ensure your wedding day comes together smoothly. Our experienced and friendly coordinators can work with the venue to facilitate deliveries, manage the various vendors, oversee your ceremony and reception run sheets. and ensure all parties are running on time, liaise with your family and friends, guests as the point of contact on the day.

    Two Planning Meetings

    • Initial Meeting: We’ll review all vendor contracts you’ve secured and create a comprehensive, minute-by-minute timeline of your wedding day.

    • Final Meeting: A detail-focused session to finalize logistics—ideally held at your venue, if available.

    Ongoing Communication

    • Unlimited emails and phone calls during the two-month coordination period.

    Vendor & Logistics Coordination

    • Review all vendor contracts and the Banquet Event Order (BEO) from your catering team.

    • Confirm arrival, setup, and breakdown times with each service provider.

    • Share venue policies regarding unloading, setup, and teardown.

    • Double-check rental orders and quantities.

    • Distribute the final timeline (approved by you) to all vendors at least one week in advance.

    Ceremony & Reception Oversight
